At the CCIE level you are designing networks and solving problems that others cannot solve.
CCIE engineers understand:
Deep protocol behavior
Network stability and convergence
Advanced troubleshooting
Infrastructure design
At this level you can build networks from scratch, because you become the architect who designs new solutions.
